Shipping and Tracking

For order from EU the shipping takes about 5-10 days after you get the tracking number. For overseas it takes even longer!

We are sending from EU, so there are no customs fees inside the EU!

We declare a low value for all packages, but if they are held by the customs, you must pay these customs fees!

Important for all German customers!

The packages sent with shipping method Fast Shipping are delivered with Hermes Versand to your home or local service shop. You can use the tracking number to get the information on the Hermes website (https://www.myhermes.de/empfangen/sendungsverfolgung/).

This information will be available only after the package enters Germany after the transit period!

You will get an email from Hermes when the package is in Germany. They usually will deliver it on the next business day.

The packages in Austria are delivered with GLS.

For all other countries the package will be delivered by a local post service provider to your home. Search for the tracking information on your local post office website. Or use services like Aftership or Track Checker.

Attention!

It is known that the packages to Italy, Portugal and France usually take longer to be delivered. We had delays up to one month! Please be patient! If after about 15-20 days the package has not arrived yet, please go to your local office and ask them to check the tracking number for you. Sometimes the package is there waiting for collection.
